Construction and take down

Construction

Build up begins June 22 at 08:00 AM.
Everything must be in place June 24 at 12:00 PM.
Here, all vehicles must also have left the site.

Take down

Take down begins June 28 at 02:30 AM.
Everything must be cleared June 29 at 12:00 PM
Tinderbox must approve the area before leaving.

Access to the site (productions check-in)

To gain access to the site, you must have a valid access pass and a driving or parking permit.

Vehicle Access and Unloading Permit: Grants access for delivery within the festival area. The vehicle must leave the premises immediately after unloading. Please note that parking is not permitted.

Parking Permit: Grants access for delivery within the festival area, as well as parking in one of the designated areas outside the premises.

The following information is sent to Anne at anne@dtdgroup.dk:

  • Parking permit or vehicle access?
  • Name of the driver
  • Driver’s phone number
  • Days needed
  • Connection to the festival (company name, department, food stand name or supplier)
  • Contact person from Tinderbox / DTD Group

Collect your driving or parking permit in production’s check-in at the entrance.

Ordering electricity, water etc.

The deadline for ordering from the DTD Shop is reached.

All orders must now go directly through Tinderbox.

Material requirements

If possible, always use certified materials.

  • Light: Always use LED.
  • Paint: Water based colors and certified paints.
  • Power: Have an overview of needs and do not add anything that is not approved.
  • Wood: Use certified wood as far as possible (e.g. FSC).

NOT allowed: Nylon strips, plastic, duct tape.

IMPORTANT! Read this before entering the festival site

Speed limit and traffic rules

Speed limit on site is 20 km/h.
The Danish driving laws and regulations applies on the site.

Dining:
As a partner you have meals included in Crew Catering during construction and take down-days. The Crew Catering tent is located behind the Pavilion stage. Please note, that there are fixed meal times.

Remeber, it’s a festival. We are many people on site, also volunteers, so please be nice and pay attention to each other.
