Lost and found: Did you lose something at the site?

Did the party get a little too wild at Magicbox? Did your phone, credit card, house keys or necklace escape from your pocket during a particularly delicious dance move? You are not alone.
Here’s what you do:

During Tinderbox, all lost and found can be handed in / picked up in the Information booth, located in front of the Main Entrance.

The opening hours of the Information booth are:

Thursday 01.00 pm – 02.00 am
Friday at 12.30 pm – 02.00 am
Saturday at 12.30 pm – 02.00 am

After Tinderbox, lost property can be picked up by making an appointment with FGU Odense:

Monday 27 June 08.00 am – 02.00 pm
Tuesday 28 June 08.00 am – 02.00 pm
Wednesday 29 June 08.00 am – 12.00 pm

It is not possible to pick up lost property on Sunday, as all lost and found is collected and moved to FGU Odense on Sunday.
