A lot has happened for rising Danish pop star Pil, since she played the Tent Stage at Tinderbox last summer.
For instance, she won the very prestigious Talent Award at the P3 Gold Awards (an award that’s previously been won by big Danish talents like Swan Lee and Agnes Obel). She also just got nominated for two awards at the Danish Music Awards 2023 in the categories ‘Hit of the Year’ and ‘New Danish Live Act of the Year’, and – most importantly – released more of the honest pop, the fans love her for.
With a very special way of writing about the ups and downs of life including some of the emotions we normally try our very best to hide, Pil has found her own voice and space in the flourishing Danish pop scene.
We’re truly excited to invite Pil back to Tinderbox in 2024!
