The seven-man tall orchestra from the windy west coast of Denmark returns to Tinderbox.
Jonah Blacksmith has gone from a rather unknown emerging name on the Danish upcoming scene to one of the most beloved live acts in the country – thanks to their intoxicating and life-affirming performances.
Over the course of four album releases, the band has presented a cinematic sound that combines influences from the harsh nature and weather of the Danish west coast with a rooted calmness, resulting in a string of catchy, folk-infused pop songs.
The band’s inherent musicality shines through when they enter a stage, and they continuously manage to canalize their personal, handwritten hymns in a playful, intimate room where everyone is welcome.
