The first headliners for the #TB20 poster are ready, and they are joined by Zara Larsson, Folkeklubben, Jonah Blacksmith and Magicbox acts Oliver Heldens, Nonsens and Toby Green.

After a fantastic party at Tinderbox 2019, where world-class music, formidable atmosphere and happy guests all came together, we can now look towards 2020. Early Bird tickets have long been sold out, official ticket sales were launched on October 22nd, and now we’re ready with the first set of acts for the poster.

Post Malone, who recently released a new album, has become one of the greatest and most played artists of our time in less than half a decade, and now we have the great honor to welcome him to Tinderbox 2020.  Four tracks from the mega star’s third studio album “Hollywood’s Bleeding” are currently on the Danish Spotify Top 50, and the variation from the rocky “Take What You Want” in collaboration with Travis Scott and Ozzy Osbourne to popped “Circles” is the epitome of the diversity and variety that makes Post Malone impossible to categorize and easy to love.

It’s only been four years since the world first became acquainted with the then 20-year-old Texan, when his first single “White Iverson” from the debut album “Stoney” landed. In 2017, the mega hit “Rockstar” from the album “Beerbongs & Bentleys” was completely unavoidable all over the world, and later that year Post Malone, as the first ever, had eight Top 20 singles on Billboards Top 100 list.
Post Malone will play Thursday June 25 at Tinderbox.

In September they released the single “Lie”, and now the boys in Lukas Graham are ready to take on Tinderbox in 2020. Since the debut, “Ordinary Things” which landed in 2011, the Danish world success has taken the international stages by storm at a blazing pace. It all culminated in a massive American breakthrough with “7 Years”, which today has generated more than a billion streams on Spotify. The musical universe, with singer Lukas Forchhammer’s own words, is “ghetto pop with a touch of soul”, which clearly shines through on tracks like “Mama Said”, “Love Someone” and “Drunk in the Morning”. The band’s international debut album went Top 10 in 11 countries and is now certified with a full 10 x Platinum.

We will get to witness a true rock icon in action when Lenny Kravitz steps on stage in Tusindårsskoven. Lenny Kravitz is the man behind mega hits such as “Fly Away”, “Are You Gonna Go My Way?” and “It Ain’t Over ‘Til It’s Over”. Kravitz released his first studio album “Let Love Rule” in 1989, and since then it has amounted to 11 albums, the most recent release being “Raise Vibration” from 2018. The sound is classic rock, but with touches of reggae, soul, pop and a bunch of other genres, and there is no doubt that Kravitz is in the absolute top class of today’s rock stars.

The last time Zara Larsson made her way past Tusindårsskoven was in 2019, when she opened for none other than Ed Sheeran, and now we have the pleasure of welcoming the 20-year-old Swedish pop star again when she visits Tinderbox. With mega hits like “Uncover” and “Lush Life”, Zara Larsson is already an established world star. In 2013 she released her first EP, “Introducing” and “Uncover” went all the way to the top in both Denmark, Norway and Sweden. In 2018, Larsson featured on the Clean Bandit hit “Symphony”, and the same year the long-awaited first single “Ruin My Life” was released from the unreleased third album. The latest single from Zara Larsson is “All The Time” which was released in July 2019.

Since the debut album “Nye Tider” from 2013, we have come to know Folkeklubben as a trinity with something at heart and a formidable ability to captivate a live audience. The band delivers amazing tunes and lyrics with sass and poetic excess, and at the same time they manage to hit us with much more than music. Folkeklubben got its breakthrough with the single “Fedterøv from 2013 and in 2018 the band’s fourth album landed with hits such as ”Men Ikke Endnu En Vinter” and ”Sort Tulipan”.
Folkeklubben will play Friday June 26 at Tinderbox.

The audience can look forward to the sound of new music when Danish Jonah Blacksmith visits Tinderbox 2020. The experienced and critically acclaimed live band is just now in the studio to record their fourth album, and the audience can expect yet another solid example of how art and music can walk hand in hand. Jonah Blacksmith is based on the down-to-earth themes, and it is clearly the joy of both music and life that binds the seven-man strong ensemble together.

The first step towards another crazy DJ party at Magicbox is the release of the three formidable acts Oliver Heldens, Nonsens and Toby Green. You can’t say Nonsense without saying “Unz Unz”, and the track, released with Specktors, has become one of the absolute biggest country plagues in 2019. Dutch Oliver Heldens and his megahit “Gecko (Overdrive)” were discovered by Tiësto himself and Heldens delivered a mind-blowing performance at the electronic festival Tomorrowland this year. 20-year-old Danish DJ comet Toby Green also visits Magicbox. In 2019, Green made himself noticed with “Work It”, which landed on Tiësto’s, Nicky Romero’s and Afrojack’s set lists and was also in the playoffs to become the festival track of the year 2019. We look forward to welcoming the DJ stars in 2020.

Being able to present a world star like Post Malone shows how far Tinderbox has come in its short lifetime. In addition to a strong music lineup, we look forward to presenting an updated camping area, several new green initiatives and last but not least new exciting initiatives and oases in the Millennium Forest. Several acts are waiting in the horizon, but with this long string of names we can safely say that we have got off to a good start.
