Tinderbox once again offers a wide range of delicious food experiences! You’ll find plenty of tasty options from both exciting newcomers and long-time favorites. Whether you’re into juicy burgers, pizza, fresh sushi rolls, gourmet hotdogs, or poké bowls, we’ve definitely got something for you.

NEW & EXCITING

New food stalls at Tinderbox this year include local favorite My Döner, serving up tasty Berlin-style döners, Mothers Streetfood with fresh noodle salads, and guests from Copenhagen like Warpigs, dishing out delicious mac and cheese and BBQ burgers.

RETURNING CLASSICS

You can also look forward to visiting a number of well-known and much-loved food spots on the grounds. Burger Anarchy, Gastro Toast, Gyros Heroes, Moe’s Taco, Niro Sushi, and many more are back! Fru Lund and Il Gusto will also be offering sweet treats once again. As always, there are plenty of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options to ensure there’s something for everyone.

Local Vendors Return Once Again

Tinderbox is once again filled with local food vendors, both new and returning – and we’re really happy about that.

“The restaurant community in Odense continues to support Tinderbox loyally, both at the festival and in the city. Once again this year, it’s mostly local vendors running the food stalls. It’s amazing that Odense can keep providing festival guests with such tasty and varied food. The selection keeps growing, and even though the focus is local, this year’s menu includes flavors from all over the world. Most dishes come in different versions, and there’s something for nearly every taste, including options for allergies and special diets. I’m honestly proud of that, and I can’t wait to try as many dishes as my appetite will allow – and maybe even a bit more,” says Lisbet Foged, Food Manager at Tinderbox.
