This year’s Tinderbox once again offers a wealth of delicious food experiences! There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy fantastic dishes, both from new stalls and from favorites that have been with us for many years. Whether you’re into juicy burgers, fresh sushi rolls, gourmet hot dogs, or poké bowls, we have something for you.

New food stalls

New at Tinderbox this year are, among others, Pizza Boys, offering delicious sourdough pizzas, and Snack Dogs, serving gourmet hot dogs with sausages from a Funen-based butcher. And at Salsa Peaks, you’ll get nachos with various flavorful salsas made from fresh Funen tomatoes.

Favorites return

You can also look forward to visiting a range of old and popular favorites on the premises. Burger Anarchy, Gastro Toast, Gyros Heroes, Moe’s Taco, Niro Sushi, and many more! Fru Lund and Il Gusto also offer delights for the sweet tooth. As always, there are many gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, so there is something for every taste.

The local anchoring

More than 80% of the food stalls on the premises are local vendors who year after year are passionate about providing the Tinderbox audience with a great experience – also on the food front.

“It’s fantastic to see so many local food vendors leaving their mark on Tinderbox, and that more and more of them are choosing local ingredients for their dishes and placing greater emphasis on offering green options as well. I can say without hesitation that there is food for every taste: for the ravenous, the craving, the hungover, vegetarians, vegans, those with a sweet tooth, and those who can’t tolerate gluten,” says Lisbet Foged, Food Manager at Tinderbox.
