When Stine Bramsen goes on stage, she’s on a clear mission. She wants to take her audience on a musical journey where there’s room for both partying and crying, and she wants to keep the crowd entertained throughout the whole time.

She succeeded in exactly that, when she went on tour last summer with her six bandmates and two principles: That the band plays 100% live with no use of backtrack, and that the band consists of both men and women.

The reviews were clear: Politiken wrote that Stine Bramsen was “in full control of her exuberant natural force of a voice” while GAFFA praised the musicality and thanked her for being “an artist with an opinion on things”.

That Stine Bramsen is an artist with an opinion was clear on her critically acclaimed second studio album Blonde & Blank from 2022. With the record, Bramsen approached the many prejudices and stereotypes that she’s met as a woman in the music industry as well as she explored new corners of her sound with the introduction of guitar and more rock-infused elements.

Stine Bramsen is widely known and acknowledged as one of the lead singers in Danish pop group Alphabeat. When she takes the stage at Tinderbox, she’ll present songs from both her solo career and her time in Alphabeat.
