The hype took off when Brazilian artist Öwnboss released the single “Move Your Body” back in 2021.
The track, which currently holds over 215 million streams on Spotify, won the title as ‘Best Bass House Song of the Year’ at the EDM Awards 2022 and has already become an instant hit on festivals across the globe.
”Move Your Body” spent impressive 9 months on Beatport’s chart and was last year followed by another hit, the Fast Boy-collaboration “Left & Right” – also released through Tiësto’s Musical Freedom imprint.
Öwnboss was named one of the 20 most exciting artists to watch in 2022 by Tomorrowland’s One World Radio, and they turned out to be right.
