With a vocal range that can make most singers jealous, Mimi Webb has worked her way into the international pop scene with a string of extremely catchy tunes.
She’s attended the prestigious BRIT School (Adele, Amy Winehouse and fellow Tinderbox-act Cat Burns are among the alumni), and she often cites Winehouse as a big inspiration alongside singers like Emeli Sandé and Sam Smith.
Webb already started writing songs when she was 13 years old, and when she was just 19, she signed a record deal with Epic Records who’s also working with the likes of 21 Savage, Meghan Trainor, Zara Larsson and DJ Khaled.
Her first single “Before I Go” was released in 2020 and the following year, she released her debut-EP Seven Shades of Heartbreak with seven new tracks – two of them being massive hits “Good Without” and “Numb Love” that made Mimi Webb the first UK female artist, since Dua Lipa, to land two singles in the UK Top 15 before the release of her debut album.
2022 was no exception to her fast-rising success. To name a few highlights, she opened for Justin Bieber, played live on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and released another two hit-singles “House on Fire” and “Ghost of You”, teasing the forthcoming anticipated debut album Ameila, set for release on March 3rd.
With impressive 730 million global streams, and a nomination for ‘Best New Artist’ at the BRIT Awards 2023, Mimi Webb is on her way to become the next big global pop star.
