The sound of Blæst (Blæst = wind) might feel like a breeze on a warm summer night but their career is following the pace of a winter storm.
Not long ago, only few people would know their name but that’s changes rapidly. Now, Blæst is one of the most in-demand live acts and a frequently played name on Danish radio.
The four-piece fronted by Fernanda Rose have found their own take on the popular, laid-back 80’s and 90’s pop wave that’s taken over Denmark for the past years. If you consider yourself a young person, chances are you’ll recognize every story being told in their lyrics. The songs are centered around everyday life moments. The parties that you wish would last forever. The love. The sex. Being carefree and caring too much. It’s down to earth and yet oozes of poetry.
